Pros:
No hidden charges, they had a VERY good attitude which I unfortunately had 2 bad experiences prior with 2 separate rental companies. Very refreshing to have such good staff. They didn’t force insurance on me. And they offered to drop me off after dropping off my rental. Very satisfied.Cons:

There is a lot of pressure on the salespeople to sell the insurance along with the car- I already had insurance and they really pressured me to get the next level up of insurance on the car.10.0 Wonderful

I don't know the guys name, but the thin, Mediterranean looking guy with the buzz cut was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and best of all, fast! He cut to the chase while still being friendly and had us where we wanted to be (leaving) ASAP.Thrifty
