The car was not cleaned or washed yet when I picked it. We waited for the car to be cleaned and washed. The wait was okay, but the cleaning process was rushed and not very thorough. Car windows still had water. I could still see some dirty marks on the exterior.2.0 Poor

They need actual wash the cars right & not just rinse them down fast, no vacuuming in the inside. I found trash that was left behind from the people who rented it before I did & oil life was low didn’t even bother checking it.10.0 Wonderful

I made a reservation for LAX, not Los Ángeles in general. If I put LAX, only the LAX station should show up. I made a reservation thinking that that’s the location my car was at. I got the place only to learn that my reservation was at another Avis that was 45 minutes away. Price wasn’t matched even though both stations are in the same city. I paid more than double what my reservation said it’d be. The guy that helped me was clueless as to how to do his job and needed assistance from 3 different employees. He couldn’t even spell my name. Everyone else was helped adequately and left happy. I left never wanting to come back. Luckily the staff at the SMX station is better trained and frindlier.2.0 Poor

I rented a mid-size car online, showed up and the only car was a minivan. I paid for the insurance online THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE, and when i showed up they told me it wouldn't cover the car since it was through a third party so i had to pay for insurance AGAIN. The car rental ended up being $50 more than stated on your website and what i agreed paying. Please contact me if you if you care to explain any of these. Otherwise if I don't hear back, my assumption will be confirmed that you are a greedy company who care more about your top line than the well-being of your customers.9.2 Wonderful

I had a hard time finding rental car that I could rent from LA and drop-off at LAX. When I asked Andrew if they offered any shuttle to go to the airport, he immediately offered for a free return at LAX! However, on my drop-off day, the agent at the airport charged me extra $50. The next day Andrew found out about it and waived the fee for me before I called. 5-star for him!9.2 Wonderful

The staff refused the rental due to our destination. Nowhere was this limitation in the rental agreements that I was shown before agreeing to the rental. This resulted in me having to pay $100 more at the last minute at the last minute.7.6 Good
