Cons:

The staff was only friendly for the purpose of up selling me. They were completely unhelpful with resolving the botched reservation. Instead they saw an opportunity to saddle with a “car class change” that cost more than the vehicle rental, this was predatory.

Pros:

I dropped car off after hours and that was so easy but then they charged me $15.02 for gas which I disputed. Alvin at L.A. location is helping me get refund as i returned car with same amount of gas as when I left(picked up) in LA

Cons:

I They had many upset customers when I arrived at enterprise to pick up car. I had to wait over 45 minutes and then luckily someone returned a SUV which is what I wanted. I had to way until they washed and sanitized it so another 10 minutes. Not enough cars for customers,lots of trucks but... If I get my refund soon I will yelp a better review.

Pros:

Staff was nice. Process was quick. Car was good. I was 15 minutes late dropping off my car. They gave me a chance to fill the gas and bring it back with no extra charge. I really appreciate that.

Cons:

Wish the car is a little extra clean. It wasn’t bad. I wore gloves just to be extra cautious.

Pros:

I arrived a few minutes before the time for which I had made my reservation. I waited outside because of Covid regulations, but an employee definitely saw me waiting. A few minutes later, at noon, the staff walked out, locked the door, told me they were closed and that I was too late. They were dismissive and very rude. They seemed to find my situation funny. I ended up walking to another car rental company. After two or three phone calls over a couple of days, and quite some time on hold, I was able to get my money refunded by Hertz. The customer service people I spoke to on the phone were generally helpful and polite.

Cons:

The reservation app shouldn’t allow people to make reservations close to closing time. I didn’t know, but the app should have told me to arrive earlier when I made the reservation. Employees on site should be trained to be helpful and polite. I will not use that Hertz office again, and I will not recommend it.
