Supplier choice

The office was closed. Took an Uber and the location wasn’t even open. Disgusted.

When I arrived I got a voicemail saying that they didn’t have any cars even tho I made my reservation 2 months prior, they didn’t k ow when they would have a car available, called customer service to see if I can switch my reservation to a different location. They said yes but I would have to pay twice as much as what I payed in my reservation.

My experience with State Van Rental was ok. The attended was professional and explained there process. What could have been better….. an updated van. I like how the attendant came and picked us up and drop us right off at the drop off area for our flight. In my next travel if a van is needed I will use them again.

We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.
