Cons: "I told Nicole that my sound wasn’t working and I had tried with 3 different headsets. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Not good enough for the price you pay for Qantas. I travel with qantas all the time and have never received service like this."

To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

Cons: "Qantas left our luggage in Sydney. Once we were in Koh Samui it was up to Bangkok Airways to sort it out. The file reference we were given wasn't recognised by the Qantas website, the three phone numbers in Bangkok just gave a 'number disconnected' message and one was no answer. We had to cancel a planned event on day two and shop for clothes for a specific activity on day three. The only way to make contact with Qantas was via Instagram, Luggage did appear but so far no contact or apology from Qantas. We will not fly with Qantas again. Virgin Australia is our carrier of choice who outperform Qantas in every respect. This flight was gifted so we had no choice."

The crew was not very friendly during the flight (I understand maybe they had a cranky passenger before and it was a long flight but smiling isnt that hard!). Inflight service was inconsistent as one side came down to serve 15minutes after the first side. The headphones looked quite dirty so I used my own. Boarding was quite slow and then takeoff was late but it was nice that the captain explained it."

I could have been there at 3pm if I didn’t ask for it in writing. That potentially could have cost me upwards of a grand if I had to stay another night in Sydney and another ticket... not happy!!!"

This caused constant queues from the rear of the plane making it difficult for those leaving the toilet as they worked their way back through the queue. This made it very uncomfortable for the passengers in aisle seats at the rear as people had to invade their space to get past each other, particularly when the food and drinks trolley came through. Entertainment was available only on your own device by planes wifi system. Unfortunately you needed to download an app before flying, so was not able to try this out. Virgin should of communicated this requirement prior to the flight."

Jetstar cheeses have animal rennet - not necessary in this day and age. Toastie could be cheese and tomato, not only with bacon.. I complained to Jetstar head office, and the response was inadequate. Proof is if they make an effort and change. If another airlines is similar price with better food, I would automatically go with the other carrier. It's all part of hospitality. Jetstar are stubborn. Irrespective of being a low cost airlines - no excuse."

Pros: "Movies... At least they provided headphones.... For a lack of everything else provided..."
Cons: "I was extremely disappointed not to have a blanket provided without charge, or a small meal or even a tea beverage without a costly purchase! I paid for a flight from Australia to Honolulu, a minimum of almost 10 hours, and no meal, no beverages, no blanket for an overnight flight without a costly additional purchase. I have tellethto health issues as it is, nevermind no half warm sleep or supplementary beverages or meal. I felt very used and taken advantage of. Substantially disappointed with the way we were treated for such a long overnight flight."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled at short notice without explanation"

Pros: "I like the Punctuality and the way the plane was loaded- very efficient Plane was very tidy and clean"
Cons: "The menu is mediocre as far as the snacks are concerned. More imagination needed"

Cons: "Inconsistencies in interpretation of cabin baggage Browns cows boarding procedures, lack of organization, time wasting system of issuing boarding pass at the gate after scanning tablet or phone, perhaps that should be done at bag drop"

Pros: "Relatively spacious seats and new enough aircraft - could have been a good short haul flight."
Cons: "One crew member became unavailable due to personal issue 5mins before boarding. Boarded late then PA system fault held us on the ground, then deplaned and replaned for a 2 1/2 hour late departure. Two delaying problems on one flight indicative of an airline that doesn't have its systems and processes properly sorted out."

Pros: "The whole experience was good. It's better than most budget airlines"
Cons: "The movie selection wasn't geared to someone like me. I paid for the entertainment pack but ended up watching reruns of TVs shows I'd already seen."

Pros: "Crew were nice,flight itself went off without a hiccup and was fairly fuss-free"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by approximately 1 hour, and there were few announcements about this until fairly late, and the departure billboards were slow to update too. Also, no armrest on my seat's right arm which was a little less comfortsble that it could have been (window seat, emergency exit row)"

Pros: "They made room for me on the next flight"
Cons: "Everything - they texted me telling me that the flight was delayed, and then I arrived at the gate and told me it left an hour earlier. I have text messages to prove that it was scheduled at 1:30pm, the plane left at 12:35pm and I had already checked in, checking in my suitacase, and the flight left without me and took my suitcase - absolutely ridiculous."
