Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good

Flight delayed over 2 hours . I was flying bussiness never got food cause they ran out of what i wanted

Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device

The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.

Quality of service and maintenance has declined since my last trip before COVID.

Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...

Flight departed owing to SFO TSA delays as well as incoming flight running late I know these delays are commonplace but when you’re flying long haul international the least that could be done is priority being given to customers in this situation I raced to the gate the plane was still there but NO UNITED AIRLINES STAFF in the surrounding area could seemingly provide effective support This coloured my view of flying with UA The actual flights were good

Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.

great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes

The boarding process was such a chaos with everyone crowding at the gates. There was no structure. The onboard crew were fantastic and very good.

Terrible service three hour flight and they gave us a cookie… no TVs or screens you gotta watch from your personal device. The little flaps that hold your phone and stuff for storage or broken terrible experience

I have been flying with American most of my professional career. But the airline seems tired and becoming more and more subpar with older planes than other airlines, dirtier and less comfortable seating, and less and less amenities. Their WiFi seldom works and their food is becoming more and more mediocre. How do you fly from LAX to PHL with only being offered one drink and as a platinum customer. I am exploring delta here on out for more of my flying.

Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀

While the airline gas made a significant improvement in terms of service, the following could bolster the level of service event more: 1) distribute the headphones before takeoff 2) be more mindful when driving the cart during meal time by not smashing it to the armrests of the isleside seats 3) be more mindful not pushing the arm and/or shoulder of passengers that are seated while passing the isle when having wider hips

WiFi wasn’t working on the flight, several delays and gate changes, ended up taking off 3 hrs later

It was great! It’s been awhile since I’ve flown American but this most recent experience reminded me how much I enjoy flying American. Organized. Informative. Efficient. Friendly. Can’t ask for much more, except my luggage got dinged up a bit. But that could have been the airport.

Do not rebook people without asking .. threw the whole return trip off

Plane was delayed an hour causing me to miss my flight to London and now I am not arriving until Sunday instead of Friday. I am stranded at airport and they give me $12 of food vouchers. It's a joke and everyone I talked to was rude

Great service, friendly flight attendants. Boarding was easy. Food was airline food, nothing special but okay. Entertainment was great and overall experience really good. would fly with Air Canada again any time

There was a long delay on tarmac. The pilot kept us informed. The flight stewards were not entertaining or comforting. During the flight we received minimal service. Several food choices for purchase were not available at our seating of row 52. Only twice were we offered water for hydration. A half hour before landing teh pilot acknowledged that some passengers with connecting flights should tell flight stewards and they would help.. We had a connecting flight thand at should have had a 2+ hour layover and now would be less than 1 hour from departure. The flight attendant told us not to worry.. plenty of time. We did not get off the plane until after 6 o'clock. We are seniors (ages 74 and 72 ) and had to walk the length of the terminal to go thru customs and the length of the next terminal to departure gate for 6:30 a boarding call. We ran and were breathing hard and reached the departure gate by 6:50. We rate the flight stewards negatively...the pilot did his best.

It was a small plane and difficult to put my carry-on bag in the overhead compartment. The crew was awesome and boarding was good.

I booked through Kayak for the first time. Unfortunately I was charged in US dollars. Only after booking did I see the tiny American flag on your website. There should have been a larger icon with a notice that I am in Kayak’s US site. I am Canadian, am flying in Canada and was disappointed that Kayak did not recognize this.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. The only thing I would complain about is the misleading claim of free messaging, which you do not get access to without preparation prior to the flight.

Excellent overall experience. Seats were comfortable and ample leg room.

Con: Travelers shouldn't have to pay a fee for first checked bag, in any fare class. Pro: Plane was new and comfortable, even for the seats that didn't cost extra.

For once, nothing to really complain about (except the as-expected poor quality of food).

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues with in-house entertainment. Strike one for the delay, strike two for no entertainment. Once we boarded we still had to wait while they tried to fix the entertainment system. Strike three was an issue with a passenger falling in the lavatory so no breakfast was served for economy seats. Not blaming the passenger but did the entire crew have to attend to one person? She walked off the plane by herself so she didn’t seem that bad off. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did but at least we got our luggage!
