Pros: "Flying with JAL blew my mind. From checking in at the counter to leaving the aircraft at our destination, the customer service was the best I've ever experienced flying. They were friendly and quick in the check in process, the line moved in a timely matter. One of the best perks that I really enjoyed was the free check in luggage and free movies while flying. Not to mention the yummy food they provide. The Flight Attendants were so sweet and made you feel welcomed. I slept about the entire flight and when I awoke the Flight Attendant stopped by and let me know I missed the meal service, but they saved my tray if I would like to eat it before we land."

I filled out the necessary forms, the plane was still at the airport, but I had to board my next flight beforer eceiving any confirmation that the Kindle was located. I fully expected it to be turned in. I flew ANA Nippon Airlines especially because of their reputation for excellent service. I counted on the honesty of the flight clean up crew, and expected my Kindle to be found & returned. I didn't hear from the airline the next day, so I called Nippon in Tokyo. They did not HAVE the Kindle. It was then considered 'lost,' I received this same request about the flight from KAYAK and I didn't receive any response from YOU. This is the second time I'm writing. Now you say that this isn't the proper format for a report to you. I am not even able to cut & past e this report to you. My frustration has reached it's limit. I changed it on the website when I checked in online but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that the meal was still set as a muslim meal. The representative at the baggage counter called the plane and made sure that it was changed back to a normal meal. However, when it was dinner time we were presented with muslim meals. When we spoke to the head airhost to request a normal meal he said that they only carried a specific number and an leftover meals were for the crew only and that we had to eat the muslim meals or have sandwiches. We requested the sandwiches - the muslim meal was too spicy and had made us sick before. The "sandwiches" were pretty much two slabs of dry bread with some mayo slapped on. Disgusting and dry. I wish they could have made an exception for us or provided us with something edible. It was a long flight and we were starving by the time breakfast rolled around. The crew was condescending and cold. My entertainment system lacked functionality; some of the buttons on my remote were broken."

Cons: "I booked a round trip flight from Kayak with Qatar. The flights had 12 hrs transit in Doha. At Doha, I was told that my ticket was "promotional", which I never knew. They said that I could have receive a complementary hotel stay had the ticket not been promotional. They said I could pay 125 dollars for a hotel. I agreed to it. However, they told me that "the captain of the flight denied your request". Upon further questioning, the only response that I had was "this is not my problem". So, I ended up being stranded in airport for more than 25 hrs in total (round trip). I checked in at their Oryx lounge, paying 56 dollars for 6 hrs. The lounge could have been a good place for shorter transits (say like 5 hrs), but for 12 hrs, it was not really a comfortable place to be in. Altogether a horrible experience."

A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."
