Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.

Flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 205 in the morning at the peril of passengers. No hotels provided by the airline. Passengers left stranded at airport. Not acceptable. I was able to get a hotel at my own cost outside of the airport. No reimbursement. Won’t be my choice in for future travels.

first time flying PAL/WAMOS, ang got to say, i’ve had much worst… the good: - front sitting is not too bad. legroom is pretty good considering economy standards. - staff is friendly and pleasant, starting with checkin, boarding and flight. not unforgettable, but pretty good. the bad: - boarding: stick with rules. besides priority sitting, when you say board from certain range of numbers (starting from back), make sure you let everyone know to stick with this… not with everyone letting in all at once! - food: had fish ad family members had beef. both are quite bad (saying this nicely). the fish is dry, whilest beef is rough as leather. both tasteless. - washrooms arr dirty! - seats, though good legroom, not much padding, hard on the backside! - entertainment: feature movie is the bachelor (circa 1999). no music offerings.

I was thrilled with this flight and look forward to flying again with Philippine Airlines in the near future…thank you

I thought it was inappropriate that crew let some passengers in the back in full rows move to empty premium exit row seats when others had paid a lot for premium seats.
