Absolutely terrible. I will never fly that airline again. The problem was with the constant emails changing my seats, arrival/ departure times and the aircraft. The staff at the airports and onboard were great. Between making the appointment in May 2025 and my actual trip I had over 50 emails announcing changes. I was traveling with 3 other couples and they experienced the same thing.

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Excellent! All flight related was memorable ! My first experience with Mabuhay Lounge,,, not so good

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.

Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that

Purchased exit row window seat for extra leg room and sleep. Worth the price. Attendants maintained restrooms regularly. No snacks/chips/nuts/cookies beyond what was served with meals.
