Absolutely terrible. I will never fly that airline again. The problem was with the constant emails changing my seats, arrival/ departure times and the aircraft. The staff at the airports and onboard were great. Between making the appointment in May 2025 and my actual trip I had over 50 emails announcing changes. I was traveling with 3 other couples and they experienced the same thing.

Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.

Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!

Great. Always great service and their pilots know how to land planes properly

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

Food could of been better. Crew was pretty much average. It was raining a lot on arrival, had to take a bus to immigration building,

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

I was glad that the plane was not totally full.
