Due to Australia's strict carry-on policy - one item, period - I had to repack my luggage, which contained a fragie printer that had been in my carry-on when I could have it AND a computer bag. The Jet Star allowed two checked pieces, and the agent gave me all the time I needed to make the changes. She then marked the bag fragile, and sent me to the oversize/fragile bay with it. It arrived in PNG rattled, but working normally. The woman was a peach!"

As upset as we were about that situation they were extremely accommodating. They said the Landon strip in Bali had broke so we couldn't land. They Bieber, gave us free coffee, tea and juices and gave us all free onboard entertainment. When we got to Melbourne they had set up free shuttle server and out us all up in a very very nice suite and gave us a voucher for breakfast which was more than enough! Unimpressed."
