Easy of boarding, helpfully staff at check in, surprisingly comfortable seating

My flight time was changed without any notification to me which ruined my time sensitive plans so I ended up completely changing my travel plans and no reimbursement.

Very comfortable flight, snacks and drinks were good, good communication from crew. Could have used a little more information on timing of boarding for group 5

I will never fly ANA again. They lost one of my large pieces of checked luggage, the heaviest one with the most valuable items in it, and they said they will not send me an email unless they can't find it, even though the paper they gave me to track the status of my lost luggage requires a code from an email they are supposed to send me so I can do baggage tracing. They claim to be an international airline, but they also insist on calling a Japanese telephone number to confirm where to send the lost baggage if they find it. It is impossible to find an actual contact email address for customer support on their website, and their AI chatbot is unhelpful, directing you to a webpage that says it is for contact information but does not have any actual email addresses or phone numbers listed on it. My seat in economy did not recline at all, even though I was not sitting in an exit row nor the very back row. I had to sit in the fully upright position for over ten hours of international travel. Awful experience overall.

Terrible. Our first time back on United for 10 years, the seats in Polaris class are small and uncomfortable. They have squished too many people in to get more $$$. The staff are not friendly and not wanting to accommodate. I asked for two salads rather than a main meal and was advised no we wont do that. Then asked what I would like for breakfast and given something else anyway. I will not be flying United International anytime soon.

Miserable. Active military on orders turned away from Lounge because not in uniform. This is completely contrary to United’s online lounge access policy. Sad that employees aren’t trained better. This is not the United Airlines my parents used to regularly fly with.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Crew was unhelpful in boarding. Did not help passengers board and store bags efficiently. Did not alleviate tensions as passengers had to stow bags then return forward to seats. Baggage rules are unreasonable. Will fly southwest next time

On time from BWI to IAH but delayed over an hour from IAH to AUS without reason.

The overall service, quality, and price-point value for USA domestic flights is quite poor. If there were other options, I would take them.
