Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.
I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.
Despite having numerous passengers held up by American Airlines delays. Qantas (an AA partner) closed boarding with 0 flexibility
Boarding , crew and meals were all amazing. Couldn't wish for a better LOOONG flight from Dallas to Sydney .
From start to finish, every part of the experience was outstanding. The care and kindness shown to my 95-year-old mother was exceptional—truly 10 out of 10. From the assistance she received at Sydney Airport while boarding the plane to the help she was given when arriving at Wagga Wagga Airport, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout her journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make my mother's trip such a wonderful experience. Your compassion and dedication are greatly appreciated.
Was disappointed that we couldn't use our lounge passes as the booking was a group booking.
I think it is much better than the flight I flew from Sydney to Tokyo.
Boarding was effortless, the food was outstanding, the seats in Premium Economy were extremely comfortable, and the staff and crew were excellent.
I never flew with alliance. Kayak is a joke and none of the flights or times were correct. Won’t ever use kayak again
It was ok, the additional baggage charges were a bit excessive given winter is a time for skiing. To have to pay $600 extra for skis was tantamount to robbery. Airlines should consider sporting goods as baggage. Likewise, they should consider increasing the number of bags allowed on international flights to known ski destinations.
Snacks and drinks should be served together and air hostess was not supportive with no smile which was kind of disappointing.
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
Flight was "over subscribed" which is Air Canada speak for "we cancelled the earlier yyc-yvr flight so we now have more bums than seats".
I was notified 8 hours before that my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and they would let me know when they put me on a new flight. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours and was never notified and had to log into the app to find out I was put on a new flight. First time flying with air Canada and won’t fly with them again.
My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.
Every flight was canceled and they didn’t care much about their passengers
I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.
It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!
The lead flight attendent was outstanding. We were delayed waiting for a connection and she kept us up-to-date with a great sense of humor. She also made sure a passenger in the back of the plane was sble to get out first to make a connection. She needs to be recognized by your company! She is awesome!
My experience was good with United too But only not so good thing was that at Calgary airport I was not given lounge access despite of flying business. Aspire lounge denied it to me, which was unfair I feel
