Pros: Although business was full, it was quiet. Cabin chief was very helpfull and professional.
Cons: food choices are not bad. TV screens are super bad. Resoulition is almost from 90's era first flat screens! One stewardess had friends in business. a couple sitting one after another in window seats. She spent most of her time chatting with them, taking photos while we were trying to sleep.
Cons: Luggages did not arrive with the flight as it should be. It got lost in Sydney from Queenstown on flight SQ 6683 operated by Virgin Australia (VA 162).

Cons: food is average. TV screens are so bad that you cant watch a full movie. Seat is comfortable. Over all the plane was old and worn out

Cons: Meals were served rather slow as we were last for row 45 but there was insufficient time for us to finish the meal, collection of trays started in 5 minutes time

Cons: These particular planes did not have outlets to charge my smartphone. Only USB chargers which didn't work very well.

Pros: My flight was delayed, at check-in I was offered an earlier flight that was departing in 40 minutes. Because premium economy was full I was upgraded to business class
Cons: not getting any AA miles for economy / economy plus tickets on Cathay. Will make me consider flying alternatives like Thai next time

Pros: The crew was amazing , the seats comfortable abd the food and refreshments very good.
Cons: It would be better if there was a media screen between Sydney and Perth.

Cons: Qantas should have updated the passengers during the very long delay. A 4 1/2 hour delay warrants a little better treatment of there passengers but they left us in the dark as to what was going on. Even if there’s no new information, they should say so.
Pros: Sitting in an front isle seat with leg room and the helpful nice sterward
Pros: Crew was friendly. Seafood pasta was good.
Cons: I wish all airlines have a foot rest.

Cons: Plane was an older model and I did not have strength to recline seat. Quality of seat back screens poor and hand sets difficult to navigate for a technophobe like Ma.

Pros: Better flight as bigger craft and no neighbours in my row so I got some sleep.
