Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Cons: "Filthy toilets at the beginning of the flight. If they were ever cleaned they didn’t get behind the toilet or the walls. The walls stained with something dripping. Paint peeling in toilet. No room at all. I am small and with seat in front pushed back I couldn’t move."

Cons: "A mishap when allocating seats online, when i chose seats for us online (my fault i left it too late) there weren't any together...but the staff rectified this..."

They were so understanding and told me to find an empty isle seat like I wanted!! They made my flight to Australia so comfortable! My veggies meals were all on time! Nothing major, just not as great as my previous experience with this airline."

I assumed this was because I am about 2 metres tall with my shoes on i.e. bit hard not to notice when I am at the counter. I actually got given a seat in Row 25 on an Airbus 321, which is the row in front of the spacious row 26, and row 25 has less kneeroom than the ordinary rows. Uncomfortable trip"

The flight attendant told me they don't usually give out headphones on my particular flight, however 15 minutes into the flight she walked past and had a pair for me to use. I was really impressed by the level of service and the fact she remembered where I was sitting. Great customer experience!"

We had a pusher and two little kids plus a baby so having to self check in from the Gold Coast was a nightmare. We only flew virgin to get a direct flight but will change our holiday destination to fly Qantas in future"
