Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

Almost no food given on a 5-hour flight (only a cookie, which is almost a joke). Boarding was a mess (as always, in Montreal boarding by zones is chaotic and the lines are a total mess). The entertainment system was old and with a limited selection.

Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.

Received email saying that there won’t be a seat back entertainment screen and inflight WiFi would be available. But no WiFi both ways. Say it in the email.

Staff was very attentive! Food was good for premium economy airplane food. Clearly an older plane - seat back had to be pulled up manually after being reclined.

Good, only discomfort was consistent turbulence through the 3 hour flight. Not sure if in companies control though.

No frills very ordinary, charged me twice to book my seat assignment will.need to complain for reimbursement.

Crew was pleasant and efficient. The speaker system for instructions was hard to understand
