Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.
On time and a quick flight and staff vert good
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Cons: "I had three flights with Virgin Australia, all to get to and from Sydney and to and from the US. ALL THREE FLIGHTS WERE DELAYED, one even being a 2-3hr delay, and compensation was only $8 AUD voucher at the airport - just enough to get coffee! Excuses were made due to weather, some say it was due to staff. Never will I fly with them. Disorganized and never on time."
Pros: "Seats reclined comfortably but were definitely cramped & crew was pleasant. I got my first choice on meals in both economy x while sitting in the front while headed to Oz and regular economy when sitting in the back on the way home."
Cons: "Only one drink service included, which came with the first meal. The rest of the options were water throughout the flight until breakfast when juice or coffees and teas were offered. Entertainment was a little dated, including HBO series from the early 2000’s rather than newer shows. Flight was an hour late without explanation & there wasn’t the starry night sky that I heard so much about. Overall I’d fly again if it was a good flight deal but I wouldn’t specifically seek the airline out when planning another trip."
Pros: "Happy to be on last leg. Good crew one of whom told some guests to shut up while she delivered the safety information. I thought that was great that she had the guts and did the right thing. Give her a bonus as we are all taking the delivery for granted."

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, my 5.00 pm flight was cancelled and I was moved to the 6.00 am flight the following morning. Jetstar arranged transport, accommodation close to the airport and dinner & breakfast, so all was good other than an overnight delay.
Pros: "Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss..."
Cons: "The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm."
