The crew was fantastic. They were there whenever we needed. The wifi didn’t work which was brutal on an 11 hour flight. The onboard entertainment was boring. Nothing of interest
The first flight was better in terms of the aircraft.
Everything is good except the dinner and breakfast. The sandwich is very delicious. Toilet is clean, I only use one of them. Flight attendants are very nice. 👍👍
The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment
Terrible. First of all we were delayed 4 3/4 hours departing Honolulu. As we had to leave our condo and the rental car had to be returned we had to go to the airport. Even though we had a business class boarding pass to Washington, since we did not have business class to Montreal we could not access the lounge without paying a $59 fee each. This does not make sense to us. Since we could not meet our original connection United booked us to Montreal via New York LaGuardia on Air Canada. In Washington a further delay got us into LaGuardia too late to make our connection to Montreal so we were booked on another Air Canada flight 3 hours later. We were originally scheduled to arrive in Montreal at 10:40 and arrived at 19:55. A totally exhausting day, United did not offer a meal voucher or any type of compensation. Air Canada did give us a digital meal voucher. The food in United business class is poor among all meals offered. The pods look nice but are not that confortable. Overall would not fly on United again.
Great. Food going from Australia to the US was better than other way around, but still needs improvement in terms of quality and quantity!!!
The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks
Why is it that United flights from Newark are constantly delayed? Newark is a United hub!!!!!
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!

Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
The boarding experience was good; $20 for wifi per flight is uncompetitive compared to Delta, Southwest, and others, and puts American lower on my list given similar pricing.
The service and food needs to improve to catch up with other international flights
American was having a problem with their kiosks when I arrived which made the check-in and bag drop process unusually long. Additionally, they only had one person working check-in. Eventually, the kiosks were fixed and everything else went smoothly.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor.
Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.
great experience. minimal lines at BWI. at DFW they got a long haul 787 boarded in 30 minutes
