Pros: 1. All flights were on time. 2. The aircrafts were clean and tidy. 3. The choice of entertainment was plentiful. 4. Possibility to connect to internet provided on outbound leg, not on inbound.

Cons: 1. The boarding process, in general, could be improved. 2. The "official" transit time was one hour, but passengers were made to wait while the business class disembarked, reducing actual transit time to 30 mins. Considering distance to departing gate, and security checks, this was stressful.

Pros: Seat was sufficiently comfortable to get some rest and I was very ready to be done with the flight when the plane landed.

Cons: Breakfast option - eggs and a sausage had much to be desired. Other meals were fine.

Cons: Flight was not comfortable, when seats are pushed back, there is no leg room left. Entertainment system and contents both were poor. Flight delayed by 4 hours.

Pros: Crew was good. Seats somehow seemed narrower than normal flights I have taken with Qantas. Sat in middle not even enough space to drink tea comfortably. Wouldn't want to be in that position for any longer flights.

Cons: The airline nickel and dimed me like crazy. In flight entertainment was not included complementary. That is absurd for a 5+ hour flight. Blankets were $10. Etc.

Cons: Seat selection did not indicate "no window" and that the wall seat is obstructed by the emergency escape door hinge mechanism. As a broad shouldered male, I had to sit pinch shouldered for 6 hrs. That 1 seat on both sides of the plane should be eliminated. We did not receive a boarding notice 24hrs in advance. There was no notice to load the Hawaiian Airlines Entertainment app before boarding. Will not load after pushback or in flight. No movies or other entertainment available. :(
