Cons:Better communication about online check in before the flight. 100 Euro for not completing the online check in is ridiculous!

Pros:I am very disappointed. I had to pay the check in fees twice. That’s unacceptable, especially during pandemic. The staff was unfriendly and they even threatened me. The company owe me an apology and most of all a refund. They should be grateful that they still have customers, they cannot treat them like they did!!!

Cons:Crew did not attempt to enforce masks covering both mouth and nose and indeed male crew members masks were continually falling down and having to be repositioned by hand, no evidence of them sanitising after adjustment. Disappointed.
