|Top route||Ekaterinburg to Moscow Domodedovo|
|Top airport||Moscow Domodedovo|
Pros: The crew was amazing.
Cons: Flight was delayed for 4 hours.
Cons: The flight was delayed, long boarding, its good to compensate such things with some snacks.
Cons: They could at least offer water...
Cons: My ticket was not a cheap one, but with good time for me.The changed my ticket departure time to night flight - 04:45. I could have bought cheaper ticket for night departure, but I did not. Eventually, they smoothly change the time without any compensation. Is that fair????? No!
Cons: The seat was super uncomfortable Reclining not working
Pros: Did not crash.
Cons: No service. Not even water. Tried to purchase from a magazine in the seat. Not available!
It didn’t crash.
Pros: The pilot seemed professional.
Cons: I didn’t like Momondo giving this flight a 10. The reviews I read after booking were awful. The flight was delayed 2 hours while two governments argued. The flight attendants sat on their asses the entire three hour flight. Not even a glass of water. But, it didn’t crash. So, I give it a rating of 1.
Pros: They got my family and me to our destination safely.
Cons: The flight was delayed. There was NO ONE to answer questions or help. There was no agent at the gate until 10 minutes prior to our departure. Communication would have been very, very helpful.
We were requsted to pay for the seats after check-in!
Cons: I was truly shocked I was requested to pay for the seats I selected half year before the actual flight, when ordering the flight Even after the web check-in, with boarding passes in my hand, while dropping baggage, I was told that I must pay for the places stated in the boarding pass or they will assign me some other seats.
boeing 777 rules!!!
Pros: Boeing 777
Cons: other flights not on 777
Cons: Everything,,,there are only 2 worse airlines in the world!! Air Canada,,,and Ukraine International!!!
Pros: The Crew
Cons: Delayed 35 minutes
Pros: Personas amables en la tripulación del avión
Cons: El check in demoró mucho y tuvimos que esperar bastante
Cons: Let’s start with luggage. The amount you’re able to bring with you is the bare minimum. I asked if I could pay for my third luggage (carry on size) and I was told I couldn’t. I was forced to throw personal items away including shoes, clothes, and souvenirs. If you don’t speak their language, do not attempt to speak to them. They’ll just ignore you or tell you they don’t understand. They don’t even try! So unprofessional!
Cons: Natrow seats :)
Pros: Boarding was so fast and smooth
Cons: Check in was not that great cause now a days airlines are charging a lot for the luggage, you provide a good deal of the tickets then we got the surprise of charging extra for the luggage
Pros: It's a relatively short flight. The crew was attentive and pleasant.
Cons: The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner
Pros: I don’t like it every time ural give a stop in Bishkek and gas station and fly again we should wait 3 hours for gas station
Cons: No body like it but no choice they give us stop in Bishkek for gas station looks like they don’t have enough gas for nonstop flight every body wants report about them but where to whom they don’t know
I will never use them again
Cons: The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I had an emergency situation and had to change tickets. Despite of ridiculous fines for exchange, I was ready to pay them all in order to put family member on the plane. They could not even process that exchange, call me back or let me talk to supervisor. I ended up loosing a ticket and getting a new one.
It could be better. A whole lot better. No frills.
Pros: Clean, color of the plane,
Cons: Rude flight attendant. My butt hurts also just for sitting a couple of hours on their seats. No charging ports . No nothing.
Disgusting company with huge delay in everything
Cons: Disgusting company with huge delay in everything
Cons: Everything. Terrible company.
Cons: Everything was fine except food
Cons: Boarding started half an hour after the time we were supposed to leave. Crew on the plane fulfilled their duties unprofessionally, sometimes in a rude manner
Cons: 7 hours late. Lost luggage
Nice flight to Venice
Pros: - crew is responsive and kindness - food is rather good - surprising 3 types selection for economy
Cons: - tight leg space for me(1,98cm)
Great flight for a price
Pros: The crew was friendly, no delays, food was good too.
Cons: No tv's on board.
Cons: I had to pay extra $33 for excess baggage, because, as it turned out, my ticket only allowed, I qoute: "10K", while the boarding pass clearly stated 20 kg for the economy class.
On board Ural Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Ural Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

This company’s fleet contains almost 50 aircraft, all of which are either Boeing or Airbus. For long-distance flights, the Airbus A321-200 is the plane that is used the most frequently as it can fit over 200 passengers and has a large fuel capacity. For shorter trips, the airline opts to use the Airbus A319-100 due to the fact that it fits 134 passengers and is a smaller choice than the A321.
