The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.

Could not really fault anything. We had a really short time between flights (about 45 mins), and had to get across the other side of the terminal. But we made it and crew were helpful. Food was good and service for the kids was great.

On time, friendly staff and decent food. Would definitely recommend.

A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. It would be great to have 3 meals.

The experience was poor in comparison to the flight to Manado from Singapore via Scoot. Gate against could only check in stroller to Singapore (by clearing immigration) or to Brisbane. Who is able to carry their baby for 7 hour transit without having to enter Singapore?

I loved the comfort of the flight and the hospitality of the flight attendants!

I had to change a flight date and it cost me $800.00 dollars. In the past, if there was room on the flight(which there was), Singapore Airlines simply re-booked me. This might have occurred because the office in Bali where I could interface with a human face to face is now closed since COVID. I naively figured the ability to change my flight into my decision to go with Singapore Airlines as it does cost a bit more. I will still fly on them as they are superior to the other carriers by a fairly large margin, especially for my needs.

I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.

Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

Price is the main attraction. Staff is OK but difficult to communicate with them due to general lack of English. Food is truly abysmal, the main courses (4) were barely edible. The choices for breakfast served at 5:30 am prior to landing at Gatwick airport were Spaghetti Bolognese or seafood fried rice. Choices offered for all 4 mains were either something rice or noodles. Shanghai airport layover is much too long in a very poorly serviced airport. We were unable to use WiFi; private lounges required cash only payment with no ATM or cash exchange open.

I was surprised and appreciate that they actually served a hot meal on such a short, early morning flight. The check in and boarding was hassle free and most of all my Alliance Status / Code Share was recognized and the revelant courtesy was extended; other than some needed attention to detail concerning the cleanliness of the cabin, and some unnecessary aggressive wording their safety briefing, it was an overall pleasant flight, and I would certainly fly with them again.

Lost Baggage - very frustrated…learned that bag was never put on plane.

I think it’s time that somebody set a standard for the temperature in the cabins. I would rather it be colder than anybody that wants to have a blanket have a blanket to keep it so warm at times is unbearable and quite uncomfortable. That’s the only thing I would add.

For the price we paid, I couldn’t complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesn’t all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.

They spoke English and there were no misunderstanding although their English wasn’t perfect or fluent. You will never go hungry as there was ample food and drinks but their food for mediocre. The entertainment was limited to older movies and the wifi didn’t allow you to access some Social media. Apart from the above, it was a very pleasant flight. Would highly recommend them.

Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.

Cheapest option from Gatwick £400 cheaper than Emirates and Qatar. Entertainment no where near as good as Emirates and Qatar, but saved £400 so all good.

Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

This flag ght was cancelled at 3:30 AM the morning of departure! My son and I were nearly stranded until BA rep at airport found me alternate flights home. I had paid for seat upgrades, $75 for one suitcase, had no gluten-free food, had to arrive home at JFK instead of EWR, where my driver would have met me. That day was a pure nightmare!

Firing with British airways leaves me feeling stressed and disappointed. They are substandard in so many aspects of airline travel.

They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!

The flight was good, my only complaint is that we were delayed in leaving by a significant amount of time.

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.

Sardine can layout in Business Class, where you spend the flight starin st your seat neighbors. nowhere to put a book or phone or anything. How an airline could buy a seat design with such a terrible layout is beyond reason! Clearly the people who bought this mess of a seat design weren’t frequent flyers. I’ve had better experiences on other carrier’s premium economy. Would not recommend. Expensive prices and terrible hard product!

They canceled the original flight and I had to take the fligh the next day

Charging ports would have been nice. No entertainment but it was a short flight so not really necessary.

Terrible, broken window and the blinded didn’t shut during the entire flight. Nobody could sleep
