Cons: "I was annoyed with the fact that everything cost money. The women next to me asked for water and the flight attendant said that she could pay for it or wait for breakfast. I was thirsty on the plane but I was not about to pay $8 for a bottle of water. I was also not happy that almost all the movies (with the exception of three about the sea) had to be purchased. Most planes now have at least an app with movies on it for free, especially on 6 hour flights."

Cons: "Our flight did not leave til 8, boarding was from 7:15-7:40, we arrive a little late, 7:19, but still makable and they would not let us put our bags on the plane. Where is this policy made clear for people? As far as we knew we still had 20 minutes. Our options were we could pay 700+ dollars per person to reroute our plane, or we could go to Hawaii without our stuff, which was just not within reason obviously."

Cons: "I bought these tickets about two months ago. There was no option for seat selection. Despite the fact I bought two tickets when we finally got our boarding passes we were twelve rows apart. I tried to call Jet Blue (the actual airline) and they said they couldn't do anything over the phone. I went up to the gate and they said sorry, it was a full flight. When the cabin door closed, the seat next to me was empty, but we were taking off so I couldn't at that time move my wife. When they reached cruising altitude and they turned off the fasten seatbelts sign, I went back to where my was sitting but she was asleep."

Cons: "I was not given a meal for dinner. When I asked they sheepishly looked away from me and told me that there would be a voucher when we landed. We did not get any voucher,nor did they make an announcement that they ran out of food and would not be able to feed half of the plane. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled, as people next to me were given first class meals and I was given one piece of cheese and one cracker. In the morning for breakfast my meal almost didn't come, I had to ask for it. And when it was given to me it was already opened and messed with."

This will be my and my last with Air China!! They are not customer and client friendly. This the mosr terrible flight I've been. Never again!"

Cons: "i ordered the special vegetarian meal, while my son had the standard meals. The special meal was plain rice with a bit of steamed greens, my son's meal was the same plus a bit of chicken. Not much food for such a long flight, and no snacks are offered, so we were both hungry. (and we are not big eaters) We had planned to purchase food in the airport (LAX) but all the lines were quite long and we ended up not having enough time. Will definitely plan on bringing food and snacks with us on the return flight."

They did not give me any answer, so my family in vietnam was waiting for me 6 hours in the airport. I will never back with air china. I think they delayed the fly on their purpose. They have many choice for time when you book ticket . Bur later they will delay to have full customer from many different fly make all customers in only one fly to save their cost"
