Overall, very pleased with this flight. Boarding could be better because boarding was announced without a microphone so people didn’t know to line up until we heard the staff walking around to announce it. Also, had to stand in line for 10’ before we started moving. My husband who is impatient and cannot stand for too long did not like this. The rest of the flight- crew, food, and entertainment were very good.

Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.

This is a very short commuter flight, so there is no food or flight entertainment. Hence, I marked it in the neutral flight left on time. The plane was full pretty much and it was a pretty easy flight overall very good.

Very good flight and very kind crew Only thing is I wish there would be a vegetarian option for the meals

Lovely staff, comfortable seats. Transit time was short but they had great processes in place to get us on the plane.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi

Inflight entertainment is limited. Boarding process is delayed and interrupted.

Crew, friendly On board services: terrible: no movies, no screen, no entertainment over wifi, no free water. Totsl Entrapment

Boarding was not as per sequence Light snacks were not available Window had hair oil stains and water condensation

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.

Not clear why boarding passes could only be issued at the counter and not through the kiosk. I had already check-in on the web, so waiting to obtain a boarding pass 1.5 hours before the actual flight defeats the purpose of early web check-in.

It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip

Cabin crew were really good. Flying in to Perth from Adelaide on domestic flight. The arrival for wheel chair use however has no air bridge provided. Unloading meant a scissor lift. Otherwise a good service.

Knees in back from passenger behind, limited seat pockets, no entertainment.

The Ryanair of Australia. Not impressed. Forced me to gate check my bag as it was over their weight limit. Charged me $125 for the privilege. Then said plane hold was locked and it would have to go out in the next flight, which was the following day. Explained that I was on a cruise the next day and the plane would not arrive until after the ship left, and that it would be impossible to catch up with the cruise at any point. Lady at the gate unimpressed. So to sum up they were ready to charge me $125 to lose a bag. Finally got it resolved by appealing to management, but the whole episode was not good for the blood pressure. The gate lady said they followed the Ryanair business model which means first time passengers get penalized for doing things that other airlines routinely allow.

Delayed 50 mins. Check in was excellent, boarding was good, everything else was OK and perfectly acceptable for a budget airline. Price was excellent. I noticed this airline had two other flights to our destination cancelled so not very reliable.

Horrible. The people that get this flights are very sick, dangerous and unhygienic

Great. Seats are a little cramped with only a very small recline. Service was great. Food was fine.

The flights got us to our destination. The seats on the planes were uncomfortable.

The smells on this plane were disgusting. So many sweaty and unhygienic people i couldn't stand it. I dream of being anywhere else in the world when I am on a JetStar flight they suck.

One of the better flights I’ve had w Jetstar. Smooth boarding, early take off, on time landing, very courteous crew, clean plane.

80 minute delay on departure based on two no show pax; removal of checked bags. Boarding very awkward, and waiting in terminal until specific rows called (not zones). Overhead not used for boarding, but specific staff member notifying people at the top of the stairs. Numerous people noted "this is confusing" on boarding. Seats ok, but entertainment (and food, and seat selection) all at extra cost. Smooth flight, and friendly neighbours.

All good and friendly However the blasting of music at take of and landing is so annoying and can’t hear anyone speaking .

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Good value airline for a LCC - food selection and drinks looked well priced. Flight was delayed and no rush to make up time

Maybe there was something wrong with pressure sensor or something. my ear was very uncomfortable and many babies were crying like hell. It happened during landing.
