It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class
The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.
It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

Poor. Flight was delayed by 50 mins. Poor quality aircraft. Aged, few parts broken. Bad plane.
Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.
I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.
This was the worst flight I’ve been on. Getting on the plane where is was 30 degrees outside was hotter on board cabin must’ve been 33 degrees. This is a health hazard. They cannot be doing this to save on fuel. People could die from this!!. Fans and a/c was, off entertainment was off. Poor excuse given. Crew made the excuse that the system didn’t have enough power. They basically were operating on one engine to save on jet fuel till 3 hours later on cruising altitude and they then started the second engine. And finally the cabin was cooled. On a 7hour red eye flight this made it so uncomfortable and impossible to sleep.
Five hour flight instead of four hours due to westerly headwinds which wasn’t the fault of Qantas !
The wifi was out. Otherwise it was great flight. Richard, as CSM, was excellent.
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!
flight delayed, wait in crowded gate. staff inattentive. had to remind them to get my coat from their closet. not many new movies, media choices were limited (nothing compared to Emirates.) Lounge was crowded
Business lounge in Melbourne mediocre. Look at Emirates or Qatar, Qantas! Great friendly crew. Food was good but Emirates is a level above. Business seat good. But can’t compare to Qatar. Main reason for booking Qantas is loyalty and terrific connection via Perth to LHR.
New month and no new movies. Qantas has lost the plot

3 hours delay ,we changed plane after boarding and waiting inside
Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.
Forthright communication to the customers regarding services offered and any fees involved.
Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.
Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip
We were over an hour late taking off when the flight was already a late in the flight. Was very warm for most of the flight to the point that it was uncomfortable.
Everything was spot on until boarding time . Plane was late departing by 40 min… but then they couldn’t find a tug to push us out from the terminal… we sat around for another 20 min making us just over an hour late. Apart from being late everything else was fine !!!
A good standard flight, a little delayed, on the return flight, comfortable during cruise hour. The food was tasty, the tea pleasant, standing in the rain, on Launceston tarmac, was stupidity. Just delay the exit from the airplane, don’t have us standing around, while another plane slows its propellers. That’s common sense, but overall comfortable, clean toilet, good legroom, I paid for that, last on, first off, get a front row seat.
Cabin crew were really good. Flying in to Perth from Adelaide on domestic flight. The arrival for wheel chair use however has no air bridge provided. Unloading meant a scissor lift. Otherwise a good service.

Although a local trip via international flight it was fairly straight forward albeit more checks than desirable for local travel. On arrival Perth collecting luggage the trollies were hidden in one end of the long hall.
Overall, it was good. The only concern was that I couldn't charge my phone because the USB port didn't work after we took off. One of the crew members tried to restart it but never came back to me with an update.
Flight was fine but a domestic flight was called by Jetstar international. This meant going through immigration and custom scanning twice. Long queues were experienced which were frustrating. We were using a wheelchair and exit at Perth needed a scissor lift as no air bridge provided. No fast lane at Perth for wheelchair. The staff were helpful but this system is poor.
It is what it is - nothing more, nothing less. No entertainment onboard but one kinda knows that when buying a ticket on a no frills airline. I choose Jetstar only because of price.
Check in was awful. Crowded and staff was lazy. Service for food was slow, could have turned off the lights much earlier which could make the red eye flight much more convenient
