Cons: "Service was extremely slow, it took almost two hours just to get offered a drink. There wasn't any offering after boarding and I had to ask just to get water. The food was quite bad, normally I would choose the Japanese meal, however, both the Japanese and International options were poor. The staff seemed unorganized and did not follow a set protocol."
Pros: "It was alright."
Cons: "Prepare to wake up with neck pain."
Pros: "The entertainment touch screen didn't work at first, but mentioned it to a crew, it was rebooted right away and worked fine after all. Thank you."
Cons: "very average"
Pros: "The crews on ANA (Flight Attendants) are the hardest working, most polite and service oriented of ANY carrier I can remember. When the cabin lights are ON, the crew is hustling to keep the passengers occupied and chewing. Free Beer, Wine and mixed drinks in Coach! Every Service - Snack, Drinks, Lunch, Dinner, Coffee/Tea, Second and Third rounds of drinks includes a cold towel to wipe your face and hands and most important, trash is collected promptly EVERY single time. WOW. I noticed that Flight Attendants take notes on sleeping passengers for every major meal service, and they take the time to revisit those customers when awake to check they might have wanted to be fed. I also noticed that the crew has special double sided tape to pickup crumbs and spills in the aisles so grime is not tracked into the carpet. Dont be surprized to see a flight attendant cruising the aisle after dinner with a soft cooler full of small vanilla Hagen Daz cups..."
Cons: "We flew from Bangkok to Washington Dulles with a connection in Tokyo. Snow in Japan caused crew shifts to max out and ultimately a dramatic change in flight departure. (Guaranteeing a missed connection) This caused multiple downstream challenges. 1. Original flight was scheduled for 00:30. (Half Past Midnight), rescheduled flight was scheduled for 12:30 (Half Past Noon) For Americans unused to a 24 hour clock, this made emails From ANA very difficult to wrap your mind around. Was it a typo? What happens when you miss your connection? (Turns out weather delays do NOT result in accommodations or meals being provided) Rescheduled flight should have been for 1231 with (AM/PM in Parentheses) 2. For passengers who spent their vacation/trip near the equator, the prospect of spending the night in snowbound Tokyo was simply not addressed in the cancellation email. The better option was to stay in your original point of origin and make the connection in one day, but email has NO telephone number for passengers to call to make these arrangements. (We ended up calling a toll California telephone number to be sure we got an English speaking agent) 3. Many SE Asian departing cities have a crazy baggage weight policy that allows for Two bags of 25 Kilos each , but if you have a single bag that weights 32 Kilos, you must pay excess baggage. Although the policy may NOT be specific to ANA, there are hundreds of folks of all nationalities repacking suitcases on the floor of the airport, to try to meet the regulations. As a traveler I understand this, but as an ANA customer it makes no sense, especially when the ticket agent cannot charge the overage to a credit card at the ticket counter. Instead sending you to a different location then waiting for you to return with a receipt. Its a huge scam and ANA can do better communicating the rules to passengers via email or their web site. Nothing starts a long trip off worse than arguments over arcane rules. 4. Changing a return flight arrangement as a result of weather happens at the last moment, but seat assignments apparently could not keep up. I would rather NOT fly than face a center seat in coach for 14 hours. I cannot explain what happened, but repeated attempts at advance check in showed NO assigned seats available, the ticket and gate agents could not improve on this, but BOTH flights ended up having empty seats and in the end we stressed for nothing. ANA must be able to do better, improving their IT systems to make advance seat assignments possible no matter how challenging the problem of "equipment" and other changes in the face of a canceled flight."

Pros: "5 stars all around 5 stars around"
Pros: "From communication on flight details to boarding to in-flight comfort, ANA rocked. The staff was so kind, seeing that we had what we needed. I didn't feel like a liability at all, and I think their approach to the work ensured a great flight experience for everyone."
Cons: "Very nice services"
Cons: "Nothing, everything was as expected"
Cons: "Food was a bit salty. Bread was so cold."
Cons: "Plane was hot and a lot of food but it wasn't very good."
Cons: "United did not allocate to code share flight on correct date. I was rufused to be on the board at the ticket counter and ANA code share company ask to call to united 1-800 #. I missed the flight and ended up buying one way ticket from other air line with my own expense."

Pros: "On time, comfort, good food, good deal"
Pros: "Everything but the food menu. But it's okay. I usually order Hindu meal."
Cons: "Nothing except food menu. The standard menu does not change very much. It's always very similar."
Pros: "Cabin crews are efficient and very polite. Film selection is fine."
Cons: "Food is boring. I always find myself hungry after flight, as I couldn't find much to eat so left a lot. Maybe I should bring my own food from next time..."
Pros: "Staff are very attentive and helpful; the entertainment system is top class"
Cons: "On boarding, the markers for "business" and "diamond" class are only distinguished by a (low) signpost at the head of the queue. If you're further back or not so tall s difficult to see which queue is correct... quite a few people (not me fortunately!) got turned away because they don't know ANA's boarding system. Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."
Cons: "Not ok"
Pros: "Delightful service, comfortable seats, delicious food... what a treat! It was a pleasure to fly ANA and I look forward to doing so again."
Pros: "Great service, everyone was happy to do their job"
Cons: "Flight attendants didn't speak English; no amenities provided (toothbrush, eye kit, etc.) like Etihad and Qatar provide in economy. There weren't a lot of meal options. There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."
Cons: "Sitting on the back rows , when I was served my food the lady said there was no more options I had to take what was left, meaning if I wanted the pasta I would Not get it because unfortunately I got a sit at the back of the airplane, but I paid the same amount of money for the ticket as the person sitting 20 rows in front of me It is outrageous"
Pros: "A N A Very good, space between chairs is very good, crew very professional and friendly"
Pros: "overall clean and comfortable, service is great"
Cons: "Limited movie and news programs"
Pros: "Crew always good"
Cons: "Leg room tight for 6 ft'er. Seal selection changed without notice from on-line chart to actual"
Pros: "The crew are very very friendly, helpful, fantastic service, all thing is good"
Cons: "I like in the future is thay have arabic person , i would like thay take care about his meal( halal food)"
