Pros: The plane itself was very clean and well maintained
Cons: Staff was rude to customers, with poor responses and a lack of customer service skills. After a long delay of over two hours, you would have thought they would've have been more understanding and accomadating. They also displayed poor communication through all stages of the flight.
Pros: I was able to rearrange my seating, no surprises with the clear notification of the gate change upon my arrival, and quality of service was spectacular.
Cons: If the crew could have been more diligent with bathroom duties, a less of a surprise could have been noticed upon a visit. Not really their fault, the passengers seemed a bit more messy than expected.
Cons: It would be better if the chair a little bit bigger! But overall you still have the best service so far! Thank you very much!
Pros: The crew was very attentive and helpful (ie, helped me with vegetarian options). Everyone was pleasant and friendly.
Cons: More comfortable seats, needed a back rest or thicker pillows. Will opt for premium seats in the future.

Pros: Good seat with plenty of leg room and great entertainment system.
Cons: Noisy(kids) and the lights turned on and off every half hour...hard to get some sleep on a 10 hours flight.
Pros: Yes, the crew is doing good but the size of seats to small is not very comfortable.

Cons: The airline ran out of meal choices before reaching row 5 of the economy class. Seat armrest were locked in place and did not pivot up to allow using the adjacent empty seat. The boarding was tedious and slow. Airline officials did not board according to zone numbers printed on the boarding pass.
