This time in spite of asking for help in the cabin no one turned up even after multiple requests. I could only get help when someone one walks next to me."

The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

I was placed in the back row all the way to my destination and all the way home. I vomited 8 times and felt very sick. I did notice that there were many seats available in the front of the plane but they are never given out as women with babies and children always get them and then single travellers like myself are made sit in the back. I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Cons: "One of the flight attendants who was assigned to my section, her name was Rain, was incredibly rude. Every time I asked her for a glass of water, she would sigh heavily and tell me to wait. Eventually, she stopped serving me all together and I needed to leave my seat and ask other crew members to serve my food. She was completely unprofessional and she made it clear she didn't like me, despite the fact that I was always going out of my way to be courteous. At one point, she walked down the aisle and stepped directly onto my foot, which was NOT in the aisle but under the seat in front of me. She didn't even acknowledge that she had stepped on my foot and kept walking. For a 14-hour flight, I was really bothered by her lack of professionalism. I will have to think twice before I book Cathay Pacific again."

Leg room felt a bit better than average for an international flight. Food was very tasty. The inflight entertainment selection and screen quality was excellent."

Cons: "Food was okay but entertainment was non existent"
Pros: "1) Not to squashy and more spacious than I thought. 2) The interior of aircraft seemed reasonably modern and up-to-date rather than old and miserable with stained seats and carpets. 3) the in-flight entertainment was better than I thought"

Cons: "The long layovers with no hotel voucher from Malaysia air. That would be a big help especially for me since I travel alone. And not to familiar with hotel locations, taxis. I am concerned about my safety in another country..."
Pros: "The cabin crew was welcoming. The flight itself was smooth and on time."
Cons: "The smell of the toilets were really bad. Urine on the floor. I know I purchased economy class tickets but I expect the toilet facility to be better maintained."

Pros: "There was nothing positive about the experience on this flight. With exit row seats had to stow luggage back in overhead holds which meant having to go back on landing, retrieve bag & for get way back to seat. Not Airlines fault but no gantry available on arrival. Up and down runway until available (20min) before we could exit."

Cons: "Business class service falls short of other comparable airlines. Extensive auction of business class seats packs the cabin resulting in full fare passengers not getting a service representative of the class fare. Wines offered could be better."
Pros: "my family and I flew one way Singapore to London (15 hours 1 hour stopover in KL) for $1600 (all 4) Singapore Airlines or BA were $1800 per person. they are nicer airlines but not $5600 better. Airbus A380 was a bit tired but service was good. pretty painless trip all in all"

Pros: "Flight was full ...so felt cramped. Towards back of plane so only 1 toilet. The Veg pie was slightly warm and unappetising , took 1 bite and left rest. Steward saw this and gave me extra peanuts instead. The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."
Pros: "Crew was efficient and polite in Business class. Lie flat seats were fantastic and cabin layout was great."
Cons: "Lack of movies compared to other carriers. Lack of food choices. Would have thought there be more local cuisine included especially for a flight emanating out of KL. Check-in at KLIA was pretty dismal in terms of the process - simply had no idea where to go even though I was in Business class."

Cons: "Nothing special on this flight. Entertainment system didn't actually work at the beginning for everyone on board and had to be rebooted. you would think everything would be thoroughly checked prior to a flight. It started to work about an hour later into the flight."
