Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

Flight from CLT to DUS via MUC ticketed by United Airlines and operated by Lufthansa. 2nd leg of flight from MUC to DUS was cancelled and no notification provided. At check in , Lufthansa agents at airport were unable to locate record and wanted us to contact United Airlines directly.

Awful…flight was delayed more than 12hrs, missed all connections to Fort Wayne, IN, had to get flight to another city 2 hours from my destination, flight was again delayed by 40 mins because they did not have enough fuel, again missed a connection, finally arrived in Indiana at 11pm…but before my 2 hour drive home, ay, no Five That Our Luggage Never Made On The plane and Still In Chicago

Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 45 minutes due to Kate arriving aircraft. Once we stated everything was great.

Flight cancelled because of the grounded 737s. United was good about it and got us onto a later Alaska Airlines flight to Oakland (not San Francisco as originally intended). Had to go through security again and my wife dropped her MacBook Pro, which broke, a $2,500 whoopsie. But we made it home.

Food choice was poor and we had to buy on board snacks.

Crew was wonderful and attentive. Chris (I think that was his name as I was seated in the back in 52F) was amazing and funny. The captain was informative and did everything to get us to Denver as close to on time as possible. Bags came quickly at baggage claim. Online check in would not allow me to change my seat 24 hours ahead of time with dozens of seats showing open and I really do not enjoy being in the back of the plane for long international flights.

We sat on the plane for three hours while they fixed something and then we waited for 30 other people to board the plane. They texted us 7 times adding on to the delay. No food or drinks were offered for those three hours while I watched the flight attendants eating and drinking while we waited to leave.

The agents at the gate were rude. The stwards were pleasant. The seats were comfortable. The tray table had crumbs on it. A passenger talked constantlt and very loudly for the entire flight annoying many passengers. The stewards did not ask her to speak in a lower voice but my travel partner did.

The flights from Tri-Cities to Charlotte are always on planes that are too old and too small

Our gate number was changed but nobody alerted us until we tried to board the wrong flight then they told us almost missed another flight. Very bad service.

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

Seems every time I fly American airlines they switch gates and terminals and I always have to run to make my connection. American airlines flights are always delayed departing and arriving .

American always delays flight so it stressful getting the next connection

Flight was a delayed a few minutes but nothing crazy, everything went extremely well
