Pros: Seats rows seemed to be more distance apart than other airlines. Flight was actually done by Air New Zealand rather than Cathay Pacific. Check in at Auckland airport was very quick and highly automated, however, our gate was not posted till one hour before the flight, so we did not know where was the best place to sit and wait.

Cons: Food was mediocre. Coffee and tea were like warm or cold.

Pros: Air NZ is fantastic start to finish and airport security doesn’t make you take off your shoes in the airport. Flight was on time start to finish.

Pros: The gate agents and the gate supervisors were rude and condescending My reservation was changed mid air and even though I made it to the gate 18 to Houston on time and boarding was still in progress I was not allowed to board. I was informed a plane was not a bus that I could hop on anytime I liked. When I protested that I had a confirmed reservation I was calmly told. “We canceled it because we didn’t expect you to make it.”

Cons: I missed my Thanksgiving Holiday because some powers that be decided I would not be able to make a connection So instead of waiting to we if I missed it and rebook then, like a normal airline, they preemptively cancelled and denied boarding.

Cons: My flight was delayed and upon landing I was told by 2 virgin staff that I was booked on the 2:10pm flight to MIA. When checking in a Delta they advised I wasn't booked on the flight and that I had to head to the VA terminal to get my flight reissued. I walked 10 minutes with a lot of luggage to the VA terminal only to find it not staffed. I then had to walk back to the DL counter and due to the issues wasn't able to be put on a flight with a connection at 10:30pm.

Cons: Connecting from a domestic flight with Virgin Australia to the International Terminal carrying 5 large pieces of luggage was a bit stressful and complicated. Train or Bus ? Lots of Lifts up and down. Boarding security was excessive.

Cons: Flight was not comfortable, when seats are pushed back, there is no leg room left. Entertainment system and contents both were poor. Flight delayed by 4 hours.

Cons: I REQUESTED AND WAS GIVEN A WINDOW EXIT SEAT AS I AM TALL. THE SEAT HAD NO WINDOW AND HAD A HUGE EXIT BARRIER IN FRONT OF ME SO IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO PUT MY SHOES BACK ON BECAUSE I WAS IN AN EXIT ROW. A DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBER SAID IT DIDNT MATTER

Cons: The plane from Sydney to Brisbane was awful. The section where we were seated had a permanent cover over the windows, ours and others near us, over a large section. This was really claustrophobic. It was like being in a closed in tin can. It should be disclosed that the window seat is not a window seat so you have the option to change to somewhere else. The seats are really quite cramped. A huge delay

Cons: Crew was so busy that they kept overlooking my husband and I when doing the rounds of everything, We felt like we were singled out to be ignored, even though we paid for Premium Economy. Our flight was delayed for more than an hour. Food was barely ok even though we had been on Air NZ Premium economy 4 times now, was sorely disappointed with the food provided.

Pros: I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken.

It was a very costly for us, a couple who is on a budget. i book From kayak all the time, and know exactly when I am booking an economy ticket vs a more upgrade. We had to pay an unexpected $320 on the day of flight. It was ridiculous and while we were boarding the flight attendants held us up again bc we had not paid the fee. But we tried to pay the fee at the front desk the first time and then we paid it at the gate and then boarded last on the plane. It was awful. The staff did not know anything and we were not treated great. Super unprofessional and disappointed at Kayak for not laying out all the costs ahead of me.

Pros: Ilana, the attendant at the check in was so amazing!!! She went out of her way to find our friend a seat close to us. We just loved everything and everyone about Fiji airways. THANK YOU!!

Cons: Flight was late, snack was not nearly as nice as on my previous trip (little crunchy snacks instead of cheese & crackers), they didn't want to serve hot drinks but offered no caffeinated substitute (in my opinion, if they are going to halt hot beverage service due to turbulence, they should offer free soft drinks instead, or at least free beer & wine since that would have been offered anyway if the flight had been on NSW time). Nothing major, just not as great as my previous experience with this airline.

Cons: We came from a week of 45° heat to air conditioning with misting capability, very impressive, loved it. But l got very cold, my own fault didn't a ask for a blanket quick enough.

Cons: Baby stroller was sent to baggage claim. I had to walk with small baby and a bunch of bags through all steps instead of using the stroller.

Cons: The food is served on a tiny tray that only has room for the hot dish. Other items are piled on top. Recipe for items being dropped, getting crumbs everywhere and generally less comfortable eating experirnce. And stop using plastic cutlery!
