Overall, good flight and quiet cabin! Took the red eye home from Honolulu to LAX!
Couldn’t check in online. Unsure of terminal. Missed flight by minutes due to confusion and not being able to check in online pre flight.
Grumpy and rude gate attendant who was unwilling to help anyone who asked him for assistance. Too little leg room.

VERY short notice (<24 hours) flight delay by 6 hours. Had to reschedule and pay more to book with another airlines.
Take off was one hour late! They were not able to supply a meal for a 6 hour flight!
Staff was friendly. It was a bit confusing with the regulations for Hawaiian on your website stating that each passenger has one carryon bag. There were people with a backpack, luggage and a shopping bag or purse they carried on the plane. It's probably because you charge for luggage, but doesn't anyone abide by the standard you set for carry on luggage? All in all the flight was pleasant.
More movie and tv show selections. Maybe more music selections as well. The food was not great on that flight. On a longer flight like that one, it would have been nice to be offered another drink, even if it was just water.
The seats were comfortable but the airport was terrible and our luggage was left behind. I had to wait 2 hours to put in my claim and waited 2 days for my luggage to be delivered.
I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible
Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.
Airline did not explain reasons why flight was delayed two hours. Explanations were badly needed and rarely provided. Problem seemed to clearly be the airline’s fault and not the fault of the weather or airport.
I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊
There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.
All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.
Really good experience with a redeye flight from SFO to BWI. Boarding was efficient, plane was comfortable and newer than others, lots of audio and video choices, and staff was great. I appreciate United's service.
The flight and crew were fine. The entertainment- the sound was so bad through the headphones I could barely understand it and it was a show I had seen before. The food might have been fine but having to have an account with united in order to access the app in order to pay for the food was rage inducing. I had entered my credit card info at home and logged in as guest but that wouldn’t allow the “wallet” tab to open in the app. And then the wifi was so bad that it took about 45 minutes to fully log in and get all the info working at which time I missed the food. You shouldn’t have to give your address, email and phone number in order to get a hamburger.
