Cons:Old plane. Bad food. Small seats. Obsolete entertainment system. Hate United!
That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.

Pros:The plane was very comfortable, and I had plenty of space, because I was sitting near to the exit door. The service and the crew were just great. I love traveling with Lufthansa.
