Cons:Upon being tickets there was no information about pre-buying luggage, Check in was a mad house. The check on attendant was tired and already frustrated training a new coworker so she showed him how to be rude to customers...US (he later apologized for her, she never did). Luggage cost us $900 AUD for 4 back packs (more than the tickets). The flight was over 1 hour delayed. Boarding was not organized - just a free-for-all so by the time we did board there was no overhead storage. Water, soft drinks, coffee and tea were offered - for $3 to $4.50 I hated everything about this experience and I will avoid Jetstar for the rest of my life - there is too many other options to give them my patronage again.
Pros:Flight was delayed because of not enough crew
Pros:Boarding was a breeze! Staff was very friendly
Cons:No free snacks or beverages... only available to purchase

Cons:Service desk staff were not all that helpful...
