Very bad boarding staff. I was flying business. We were stashed in a bus as much as it could be filled with business then economy passengers. By the time we have reached the plane we have waithed 10 more minutes inside the bus mext to the plane because of some documental work in the plane. I guess TGS -Turkish Airlines Ground Services forgot yo radio the plane if it was ready.

As a first time flyer with Turkish Airlines. My experience was very good due to the factor that there were to many passengers on the my first flight compared to my connecting flight. However, I know that nothing is perfect and all companies are trying to accommodate their passengers to the best way possible. I will always say, a FEW INCHES will go LONG WAY. That's something all airliners should consider, and not only the money aspect!!! A long time commitment is better than one time service! Thank you

Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.

It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.

Bad chairs in business class like economy ( not turning into bed )

So boarding is a little slow when you fly 787 but on the 777 the business class had its own entrance. The entertainment can be a little bit more up to date Other than that it was a great experience food and service was great

My flight was canceled 1 minute before boarding. The customer service was owful, no one could tell us what was going happened. I spent 30hrs instead of 15 from Washington DC to Brussels. No apologie or help
