Liked the food. Needs improvement: 1) the flat bed was very hard and the set up was not at all passenger friendly 2) the announcement were impossible to understand even in English. 3) the flight information on the monitor was terrible it showed a airplane with no information like altitude, airspeed, heading. You could not zoom in or out to orient the aircraft to where you were in the flight. 4) movies were old and very limited as was the music selection.

JAL is a flawless airlines. Perfect customer service. On-time boarding, clean airlines, and incomparable in-flight dining.

This flight was operated by American Airlines. AA was completely unprepared for the crowds at DFW for Spring Break and were ridiculously understaffed. They had only three operating kiosks for self check-in, and ONE agent to handle hundreds (thousands?) of dropped off bags. She also had to do double duty to assist passengers at the kiosks. In comparison, flying on United Airlines at Christmastime was a much smoother experience.

Good and movies are so old. Needs to have more up-to-date movies.

It was one of the best experiences. The staff were amazing. JAL is my second favorite Asian Carrier I have flown on. Korean Air was my first. Thank you JAL for bringing me home safely and for such an amazing staff and service.

JAL is quite nice in business class. Comfortable, spacious seats. Their entertainment, especially their film selection, isn’t that great though as their are not many new releases like some airlines offer their first and business class customers. . Food is excellent and the option to order on demand is always quite nice, which JAL offers. Flight attendants were very friendly and kind. Overall very good experience with JAL.

Although delayed leaving the crew were lovely, comfort of the seats was excellent. Cabin was a little too warm but overall the best economy flight we have taken

Movie dis not play smoothly. During play, it was interrupted several times, and could not RESUME where I was.

I hope they never ran out of the menu choice one makes. They often do.

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

Very rude hostess. She embarrassed me in front of others. I went to sit after taking off in a different sit in the same economic cabin. Was the area where doors are. She come to me very laud and said: go back to your sit those sit are more expensive.wow! No diplomacy. Flight was super full except 3 of those sit. The only person in that row later during the flight occupied all sit laying down!. Once more disappointed at American Airlines. Early flight they lost my luggages for 4 days. Never refund money for replacement for some of essential items purchased..when I booked the flight I thought was Finlandair. I

The crew was very good, excellent, they help me with my needs.! Food was not that good.

Flights are standard. But being over 3 hours late is too much.

In-flight entertainment was. It working for the entire 12 hour flight! Unbelievable! At least provide free wi-fi so people could use their phones.

The flight was surprisingly good, especially given initial experience. BA app is horrible as is their customer service. Online check in was a horrendous experience and when I phoned their customer service number, the live agent with whom I spoke was rude and dismissive. She did helpfully inform me that their IT people were working on a known problem related to online checkin. However, once she delivered that information, she curtly ended the call before I could suggest that since BA was aware of this, it should be posted on the app and online. I grudgingly flew BA this time - have avoided them for years because of past similar serial bad experiences. While this flight was fine, I’ll return to avoiding them in the future given the hassle experienced and rude personnel.

Boarding was a shambles, with no proper line or queue and multiple groups joining at the same time. Overhead space was limited. Seat spacing (width) is not generous. My neighbour was invading my space, before he even spilt his drinks over me (twice!) as he struggled to contain his meal on the table. The main meal was very poor. Choice was simply chicken / turkey - the crew didn't know exactly which - or vegetarian. The chicken meal was really poor quality - uninspiring and tasteless; and very little offering of drinks. Half the crew were friendly, half really need to cheer up.

I paid for reserved seats but didn't got them at all

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

Crew announced boarding started and they asked passengers to form a queue. Actual boarding didn’t start and queue was not moving for around 40-50 mins. Very poor management.

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.

It was a terrible airline. The air hostess and the people in the flight, just very rude.

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

A very good airlines; we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive professional and service! Great job.

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!
