Pros:
Nothing, the staff Enterprise staff was rude and provided no assistance locating another rental car as they could not fulfill their reservation. They left me standing in 95 degree parking lot to figure out what to do next.Cons:
It would have been great if there was actually a rental car. I booked through Kayak and they confirmed the reservation as well as the availability of a car. There was no car. Kayak did this not once but twice! I spent two hours and $30 on Lyft’s try to find a car. Do not believe them they are selling fictitious inventory!5.6 Fair

The car worked.Cons:
They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
The vehicle was only so so clean. The worst part was the smudgy windows. Driving at night with a bit of heat inside caused the windows to fog and become hard to see out of with lots of glare. Dangerous, especially driving on unfamiliar streets.4.0 Mediocre

The reservation didn't hold the level of car I reserved, so I was upgraded 4 levels and the upgrade fee wasn't waved. What's the point of a reservation if that car isn't reserved?6.0 Okay

Cons:
The van was not cleaned out from the prior customer.....dirty cups, garbage, cookies all over the seats and dirty clothes lying on the floor. Had to spending 30 minutes trying to remove or lower the seats so that I could see past the 12 headrests behind me. DISASTER!!!!!9.2 Wonderful
