I had a reservation for 6pm. I was running a little late, so tried calling prior in order to let them know I hadn't forgotten. No answer. I went anyways, thinking they had missed the phone call - no luck. Closed without any communication whatsoever. I had to take an extra hour out of my day to go to a different rental place (which was also significantly more expensive). Absolutely disappointing.Hertz
