Pros:
The people at Hertz, particularly Peter and the store manager, were fantastic. Super helpful when Priceline gave me the wrong pick-up time.Cons:
Priceline and Kayak told me to arrive at 5PM to pick up the car, and when I arrived Hertz told me they close at 5 and final pickup is 4:45. Priceline and Kayak should be telling people these things! They shouldn't say "arrive at 5" when that's the closing time. It almost ruined my trip, but fortunately the people at Hertz broke the rules and let me in to rent their last car.2.0 Poor

The young man working the counter was pleasant while telling me that they had NO CARS, NO POWER and NO WAY TO GET ME A CAR.Cons:
The reservation system needs to be in better sync with the rental location so when there's an issue like NO POWER at the pick up site and NO CARS available, a customer doesn't waste money taking an Uber to the store only to have to waste more taking another Uber home!!!4.0 Mediocre

I liked the location compared to other companies.Cons:
The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was great, and the staff was helpful and professional. The pricing, and terms were as expected and there was no high pressure for extras.Cons:
When I got there, there were no cars! I thought renting from a non airport location would save money...it did. But had to wait an extra hour for a car to be returned and cleaned. When time is tight, be cautious about inventory claims. The non-airport locations have a very thin supply, in my opinion.10.0 Wonderful

I quickly used KAYAK to find a Budget rental.Cons:
I may not have looked closely enough at KAYAK's options to see that the rental service was so far away. This may be a design flaw in the search engine. I was also disappointed that the two Enterprise locations could not work together to do anything for me. They wouldn't even call to talk!10.0 Wonderful

I rented at 4 PM for 3 days but the agency closed on Saturday(the 3rd day) a few hours before 4PM !!!
