Pros:
I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.Cons:

The car worked.Cons:
They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
The vehicle was only so so clean. The worst part was the smudgy windows. Driving at night with a bit of heat inside caused the windows to fog and become hard to see out of with lots of glare. Dangerous, especially driving on unfamiliar streets.4.0 Mediocre

The van was not cleaned out from the prior customer.....dirty cups, garbage, cookies all over the seats and dirty clothes lying on the floor. Had to spending 30 minutes trying to remove or lower the seats so that I could see past the 12 headrests behind me. DISASTER!!!!!9.2 Wonderful

The individuals at the location were very helpful and thorough throughout the pickup and dropoffs, with clear details about the rental. They were even nice enough to let me leave again to fill up the cars tank after I had forgotten to do so prior to dropoff. Nice individuals!Cons:
It would have been nice to know how much the additional insurance would be instead of being hit with the price on the spot, adding to the overall total.10.0 Wonderful

The car’s front end rattled the whole time. Alignment was off pulling to the right. Drivers door made a rattle like a can of beans the whole time we drove over 60mph. The car was dirty when we received it and had over 10 chips in the windshield. Worst rental I’ve ever had.2.4 Poor

One lady was super helpful and nice, the rest of the staff I interacted with seemed like they hated everything. The second van I received was in excellent condition on the inside, though dented on the outside.Cons:
Ended up being about 25% more than the quoted reservation cost with no explanation given. Inconvenient pickup/drop off location, at least for transit/walking. Took a very long time to pickup and drop off despite being the only customer there. First van they were going to give me was FULL of trash in the back. Second one was fine. Otherwise rude staff. put a huge hold on your card, mileage limit for IL residents - they do tell you this upfront when you’re there but it’s a bit sneaky if you’re reserving through a third party site like this. Some other stuff I can’t even think of right now cuz I’m trying to push the whole ordeal out of my head. It was pretty darn cheap though.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We thought we were getting a great deal on a car rental for two weeks. When we arrived at the business to pick up our car, we were charged over $120 more than our initial payment. The reason was (at first) that they had to come and pick us up from the airport. When we pressed into why, the next reason they gave us was because we should have reserved the car through a third party like Expedia. Which we did-through Kayak. The NEXT reason they gave us for charging us so much more was that we came through the airport. Which made zero sense because that's where I filled all the information out at the time of making the reservation. We then asked to see the manager and someone else came out to talk to us. When we asked the woman if she was the manager she said, "well, kind of, but not really, I just help the manager." We then asked again to see the manager. She went back to get him and came back to us and said the manager refused to see us and would not come out front. We then cancelled our reservation. As we were trying to find an Uber to get to another car rental location, another customer was going through the same run around and was being charged over $100 than what all her paperwork said. We call this unethical and bad business and will never recommend this company.2.0 Poor
