Drop off and confirmation of drop off was not straightforward. Had to speak with multiple people. Customer service when in Manila are very incompetent and made many mistakes and informed me of wrong information.8.0 Very Good

The staff was happy to see and serve me. Good customer service.Cons:
Even though I called ahead, there were no full-sized trucks on the lot when I arrived. They had to get one from some auxiliary lot and drive it in for me. The truck they grabbed had not been properly cleaned - filthy steering wheels and side windows so dirty that I could not see the side mirrors. National made up for this by giving me a free day of rent (refund), and a deep apology from the management. So I will try them again next time.9.6 Wonderful

Way too much confusion trying to locate a car in the class I had reserved (luxury). 5 different people asked if we needed help (we did) but none delivered. After much delay, we got a car that was just cleaned and we’re on our way. Not a very good showing.3.6 Poor
