Drop off was easy.Cons:
I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)2.0 Poor

Cons:
When I booked I said car rental at O'Hare Airport. Apparently I got an Enterprise car rental about 1 hours from the airport because it was cheapest. When I went to the Enterprise rental car at O'Hare, they told me that happens a lot, but they did not offer any customer service. It was like "oh well". I asked if they could book me a car there at their location and they said they couldn't. Finally, after asking what I should do, they gave me some of their"competitor" phone numbers at O'hare location and I contacted them. Of course it was more money and we had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then over to the other agency, but we finally got the car! Terrible experience!Avis

We had a good car that proved very comfortable for what was a long journey, from Chicago to Newark in 8 days, with a few days stopped off here and there on the way. Fuel consumption was very good, particularly for a car in the USA (albeit a Korean one): 50mpg was pretty typical going a steady 60-70mph. Luggage space was very good. Budget was very amenable to our changing the drop-off location from Boston to Newark, at no additional cost (one-way rental cost already paid).Cons:
We had to go for a one-way rental, which gave a very much more expensive per-day price for the car, particularly for a short rental of 8 days. Notwithstanding this expense, it was possible to get a one-way rental and it was, if anything, less expensive than other suppliers.6.8 Okay

They could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird.
