Pickup and drop-off was quick and was conducted entirely outdoors.Cons:

Everything- they gave me a different car than what I reserved and I was 60 seconds into my trip before a check engine light came on and then a light telling me I had a flat tire. I did not have a flat tire but I returned the car as there was clearly issues with this vehicle and I did not feel safe.2.0 Poor

They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.Avis

It took me a long while to figure out how to maximize ac vents so part of the trip I was warm. Next time I'll check it when I get in car and if I have trouble like I did I'll ask for help.8.4 Very Good

The van was not cleaned out from the prior customer.....dirty cups, garbage, cookies all over the seats and dirty clothes lying on the floor. Had to spending 30 minutes trying to remove or lower the seats so that I could see past the 12 headrests behind me. DISASTER!!!!!Budget

Cash option, I got my wallet stolen and car broke down, my job requires a car to work and since I don't have a car or my wallet, I couldn't rent the vehicle that I need it to at least do my job, cause they required a credit or debit card, I have plenty of money on my bank card!!!4.0 Mediocre

I returned the car early (after just 1 day instead of 1 week as originally planned). The clerk explained that the computer wasn't working so she would send me an email with the final receipt. When I checked my emails a few hours later, I saw that she emailed me the receipt and it was for a full week rental rather than prorated for my 1 day rental. I called the local agency right away but the call was transferred to a national customer service office, and the person I spoke with said he would correct the mistake and email me the corrected receipt. Bin ever received it, so the next day I called the local agency again and spoke to the clerk, who then made the correction and sent an email with the correct amount billed.
