The scheduled pick up time was for after this location was already closed. We showed up and no one was there. Very disappointing! We had to change our plans and come back the next day. The staff was not apologetic at all and said oh yeah we tried to call you. I guess they don’t know how to use a phone because I never got a phone call. Very unprofessional and super inconvenient. Made my husband late for work. Also when we pick the car up the following morning they tried to give my husband a smaller cheaper car than what we had originally paid for no offer for an upgrade or anything better because of the inconvenience. Overall very poor experience.

That car takes forever to charge. That was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any rental car. The people I worked with at the front desk at all were also very short and their choice of words. I felt like my decisions were being made out for me without consulting me.

Pros:

The staff was not friendly AT ALL! I will never go there again. The car smelled like smoke and alcohol (they had a sign cars would be smoke free..). One of the staff was rude the entire time and the car was dirty and with a broken transponder. I will DISSUADE people from ever doing business with AVIS at this location. Overall HORRIBLE !

DO NOT RENT CARS AT THIS LOCATION! ! ! The car smelled like smoke and alcohol badly and we found the car extremely dirty with cookies and fries under the seats (all of this during Covid times...). They gave a car with maintenance issues and a broken transponder. Called the rep from the facility and mentioned I would have to clean car myself while I had to pay for all my toll roads. HORRIBLE! Please DO NOT rent cars from this branch!!!

Pros:

I enjoyed that rental was easy, cheap, and quick. I was in and out both times very fast.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the men inside who were helping me just stood around and talked nastily about me while my wife was outside struggling with bags. I was doing the final inspection of the car and we were moving our things inside the waiting room to get out of the way, but rather than helping my wife with the bags, the two men working just watched as the wind blew up her dress from inside the storefront. Not cool, not cool at all. Also not only did they badmouth me for "not filling the gas tank" which it was full. They also gave me grief about arriving at 245, when very clearly my check out time was 3. If anything I did then a favor.
