Drop off was easy.Cons:
I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.8.8 Very Good

The car was great, and the staff was helpful and professional. The pricing, and terms were as expected and there was no high pressure for extras.Cons:
When I got there, there were no cars! I thought renting from a non airport location would save money...it did. But had to wait an extra hour for a car to be returned and cleaned. When time is tight, be cautious about inventory claims. The non-airport locations have a very thin supply, in my opinion.10.0 Wonderful

I quickly used KAYAK to find a Budget rental.Cons:
I may not have looked closely enough at KAYAK's options to see that the rental service was so far away. This may be a design flaw in the search engine. I was also disappointed that the two Enterprise locations could not work together to do anything for me. They wouldn't even call to talk!10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
We had a good car that proved very comfortable for what was a long journey, from Chicago to Newark in 8 days, with a few days stopped off here and there on the way. Fuel consumption was very good, particularly for a car in the USA (albeit a Korean one): 50mpg was pretty typical going a steady 60-70mph. Luggage space was very good. Budget was very amenable to our changing the drop-off location from Boston to Newark, at no additional cost (one-way rental cost already paid).Cons:
We had to go for a one-way rental, which gave a very much more expensive per-day price for the car, particularly for a short rental of 8 days. Notwithstanding this expense, it was possible to get a one-way rental and it was, if anything, less expensive than other suppliers.6.8 Okay

They could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.10.0 Wonderful

Nothing, I will never do business with hertz. A class action lawsuit should be filed against hertz.Cons:
I was given a dirty car that smelled like smoke with low gas. I was told that I need to purchase hertz insurance or I couldn't rent the vehicle. After I told the rental agent that I had my on full coverage car insurance. She threatened to cancel my reservation.
