Pros:

Drop off was fast and cheaper than expected.

Cons:

Not making us wait outside in the cold while we wait an hour and a half past our reservation time would have been great.

The car worked.

Cons:

They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.

Dirty. Charged me for being half hour early. They said full, but no, it was three gallons down.

Very friendly staff

Cons:

The car was not in good condition. The check engine light was on when they gave it to us, the interior of the vehicle smelled like weed. There was no windshield washer fluid, and the exterior of the car was very scratched up.

Cons:

The vehicle was only so so clean. The worst part was the smudgy windows. Driving at night with a bit of heat inside caused the windows to fog and become hard to see out of with lots of glare. Dangerous, especially driving on unfamiliar streets.
